These Engine packages are complete & ready to bolt into your frame, and require a useable engine core exchange that will need to be shipped to us for inspection before we ship out your Big Bore Stroker engine. See the shipping details at the bottom of this page. These engine kits were carefully designed to give you a much stronger low to midrange power as well as more top end. We strongly recommend only the serious or advanced riders purchase these racing packages.

A replacement parts list comes with the engine for all custom parts used along with a spec sheet of your new bore and stroke, compression ratio, Carburetor jetting, ect. The parts selected for this kit are available from any dealer that sells the product brands. The parts used are not modified after purchased, they are only custom parts to this application. All engine kits are run and tested on our engine test stand before shipped. All purchased packages will come with a new spark plug, new Twin-air filter & a quart of transmission oil. Shipping is free in the 50 states

* The carburetor mounting spigot OD, is machined smaller on the PWK 33 so it will fit the stock manifold easier. The manifold ID is also opened up to match the 33mm carburetor. 


Shipping details:


Completely drain all fluids from the engine, remove the clutch cable & carburetor, send the CDI box for the 102 or 108 kit only (CDI box will be used for testing the new engine and returned when complete) the 112 engine kit comes with a PVL Ignition and the CDI box is not needed. Also remove the kickstarter & shift levers, they are not needed. Only send the complete engine block with ignition stator and flywheel included for all 3 engine kits. We prefer the engine be shipped in a rubbermaid tote that the engine fits nicely in. Pack foam or another suitable packing material under and all around the engine so it cannot move about the container during shipping. Add the lid and drill holes threw the lid & tub approximately 6 inches apart and bind it tight with large zip ties. Add a ship label to the lid with duck tape or equivelent strength or you can add the shipping info to the lid with a marker. Use the same care if you choose to use a cardboard box, just make sure its heavy enough to told up during transit. Send a copy of your paid invoice with your engine exchange and if your core is usable allow 2-3 weeks for your new engine package to arrive, if your engine core is not usable a $300.00 core charge will be seperately invoiced to you and your old engine will be returned after the core is paid and then your new engine will be shipped.
